I would like to write a review about CYCAD ESTATES What would have been quite a traumatic experience to sell our home of 25 years during Covid lockdown in 2021, to retire to the coast, turned out to be a memorable experience. This was due to the professional and caring service of the Cycad team through each of the phases of the process, from mandating to final conveyancing. The calmness and dedicated passion demonstrated by Tessa and Estelle to walk the extra mile was key. Overcoming administrative hurdles and bureaucratic obstacles posed by regulations and Corona-weary officials were truly the foundation of a five-star client service experience.
