Cybertrade Support No *** USELESS

Have been trying since 8am this morning to find someone able to assist with a Cybertrade e-mail problem. I have not been receiving mail to my cybertrade address since last Wednesday. *** (as on my account) takes one to technical support of 10210 and no one there has heard of Cybertrade or knows what to do. Have seven times so far verified myself, been cut off or told they have no idea what I am talking about. With persistence I have obtained some tel numbers - two give me a fax signal and the other has been engaged for hours.
