Unhelpful

Been with these guys for 5-6 years Yesterday they cut my phone ( NO SERVICE ) . They say that they haven't received payment . It's a DEBIT ORDER . It's been a DEBIT ORDER for the past 5-6 years . Unhelpful people on the phone . I'm a retail business that needs a phone . No phone = loss of income .
