Customer service refusal to assist because I questioned why they needed my password for another hosting provider
Customer service - incredibly hard to speak to a human being, and when you do, they cut you off simply because you questioned them when they want you to give them log in dwtails (incl password) for another hosting company. We are told not to do this, then when we don't, we are deemed not important enough to assist. Really tired of the power companies have once you sign up and pay for a service.

We have reviewed the previous support tickets regarding your request.
The assistance requested was a website migration from another hosting provider. To perform a migration, we require access to the hosting account where the website files, databases, and email data are currently stored. Without access to the source hosting account, it is technically impossible for us to retrieve and transfer the website data.
We fully understand the importance of protecting login credentials. However, when a customer requests a migration service, access to the existing hosting environment is a standard requirement across the hosting industry. Unfortunately, without the necessary access, we are unable to complete the migration.
At no point was assistance refused because questions were asked. We simply explained that the migration could not proceed without access to the account containing the website data.
