Cy Technology makes fibre mess in Durban

What free-for-all is happening on the streets of Glenwood and Umbilo in Durban? This has been going on for months now. ***boy construction companies are all getting wayleaves from the Durban Metro and permission to dig up suburbs with no thought to residents, their safety and the rehabilitation of the pavements. What total chaos! And the Metro doesn't force accountability from these companies. I have been sent on a wild goose chase from one rude person to another chasing down Cy Technology - which I only know about because their truck was parked in a driveway long enough for me to get a number while they argued about who was responsible for a damaged electrical connection. Who are you working for? Which fibre provider has left our streets in such a mess? Fix the mess you have left behind!
