Cutman wireless - NO GO!!!

We joined Cutman Wireless about a year ago. We signed up for a 6mb line. But we never get that service, and if we inform the lady named Daleen, she's extremely rude, or never gives feedback. We are paying R600pm for NOTHING. Technicians are sent out but the minute they arrive the line is fine. When it's the 1st of a new month the line is supposed to be reset, but it never is!! We have to phone her, and same story, she's rude, or just ignores us! We are not the only people with this experience. Just tired of talking to a "wall"
