Only good until something goes wring

Checkers60 is only good untill something goes wrong. Everytime i deal with costumor care im beyond frustrated. Get better people!!! YOU deliverd the wrong items from hyper to me. Whne I complained you blocked my app. Im now stuck with an expensive item that you refuse to take back, blocked my app and im not able to retrieve my order number to retum!! How is this ok!?
