WORST SERVICE EVER

I am waiting 30min in a call Q and my airtime finished. Does these people really know the time and energy they take from one to wait and buy airtime just to wait an hour to get assistance, I just need a f@&in password change. Worst possible service ever DAMN!!!!!!!!
