MTN contract
MTN has the worst customer service support in South Africa, Last year me and my husband we were offered a deal for two cell phones in Dec on line, the phones were delivered but one of them had a fault immediately we called the 3rd party provider and we were told the procedure to follow because they were still within the return window, we took the phones to the nearest MTN branch reference numbers were given and the IRMS numbers, we were offered another devise since those ones have been cancelled, Jan, Feb, to date we have been billed for the cell phones that are not on our possession every agent that calls have every information at their disposal but nothing seems to be happening, our account is pulling up messing up with our credit record we can’t pay the existing phone, coz they are all billed on the same account we have spoken to almost 8 customer agent and every one seems to say the same thing that account has been escalated to relevant department. No one seems to know what they are doing and yet there are supervisors, managers etc how is this even possible??? It’s our first time having a contract account with MTN and it’s been a ********** experience we have ever been involved in and I will not recommend anyone to have any contract with MTN.
