Non Delivery of ordered goods

I paid using the payment interface that Custom Apparel is contracted with. The funds have been deducted from my account, but Custom Apparel says that the items have not been paid. I dont have the money I paid and I also do not have the goods that I paid for.

The reference on my bank statement is clear that the funds were paid to Custom Apparel.

Besides the weekend, it has been 3 business days and the matter has not been resolved. Custom Apparel refuses to take any responsibility for how their system functions.
