BUYER BEWARE

I contacted Custom Apparel to ask if they could do an overnight delivery of 6 pairs of golf shorts. They said sure, I would need to pay the shipping costs. I agreed. They sent the quote, I approved it. They sent bank details. I made the payment and sent the Proof of Payment through. Then it all went wrong. I then got a message to say they cant send them unless I buy the 6 pairs through their website and pay for them (again) online, and they would refund me the initial amount I had already paid. I did not agree to this and instead canceled the order. I was told as soon as the money cleared the next day, I would be refunded. Now, I have received confirmation that the money has cleared but they can't do the refund and I can expect to get the refund next week.
