Ordered 4 items from this business they refuse to escalate to the managers or store owner they sold me faulty and wrong fabrics.

I am coming here because I want to be heard since they have resorted to ignoring me on WhatsApp nor their google registered number gets picked up I spent over a thousand rand buying fabric.I am in CT they clearly took advantage of a online customer and they refuse to take accountability.

Buy from them at your own risk especially if you are online. They sold me wrong shade of 6m fabric after I bought 14m of the same shade I needed.I sent a barcode so this mistake could not happen and they said they had the fabric sent me a receipt that had the same barcode I wanted. When I received the fabric and told them it was the wrong shade they told me they didn’t have the shade I had ordered.

Also got sent a fabric that had 2 holes one hole was 5cm wide and the other one looked like something tear it right in the middle of the fabric.

They have since ignored me this far I am stuck with a fabric that is worth over a thousand rand and they don’t care.
