Outstanding Customer Service

We've had an account with Bestmed for a number of years, we had no problem with it, but upon receiving new employment and having to join a new medical aid scheme we've had to cancel our bestmed account very quickly or we'd end up in a financial bind and having to pay for two medical aid policies. I contacted Carla Coetzee at Curemed in hopes that she could direct me to someone that can assist in getting the closure process started. <br> <br> Carla really stepped up here and ran with the entire process from start to finish all when i asked if she could only direct me to someone that could help. Where bestmed agents were trying to give me the run around and quoting policy, Carla contacted Celeste Smit from Bestmed and we were able to make some progress. today I've been told that my account has been closed in time :). Carla and Celeste were brilliant, they handled my query in a very professional and courteous manner. I am currently a manager of a customer support team and would love this type of dedication to clients on this team. This type of dedication should not go unnoticed.
