Disappointed
I am very disappointed with the service I received from Curemed. I used them to start up my medical aid and when they told me they also do car insurance that's when I started experiencing very poor service. They took their time to get me quotes for my car. When I cancelled them they never notified my medical aid that I was longer with them and continued getting commission from them as a broker.

CureClub is a subscription-based membership designed to unlock advanced servicing processes and provide value-added products, such as MediDrive. CureClub provides further comprehensive assistance with all service queries, eliminating the need for direct contact with service providers, managing administrative tasks between Gap Cover and medical aid providers, and provided support with rejected claims and authorisations. As your broker, we continue to facilitate all communication necessary to claim and process servicing requirements. However, without the CureClub membership, we do not offer support for rejected requests or access to the value-added products included in the membership. We understand how this misunderstanding may have caused inconvenience, and we regret any frustration caused. Please know that we are committed to providing clarity and support to ensure your needs are met effectively. We have processed the broker termination effective from 1 June. Thank you for taking our call and directing us to provide further clarity to our future clients. The Curemed Team.
