CUREMED stole my money
My new medical aid contract started on 1 July 2023 and as a postpaid client, my first payment should go off at the end of July. Curemed took my premium on 1 July and when I argued with the Curemed agent and sent him the document from the medical aid, he did not want to admit the Curemed was at fault and now he does not reply to my emails.
