Curemed Brokers one oF the Worst I dealt with.
Curemed is one of the worst medical aid brokers I have ever dealt with. The broker, Conrad Barnard, promised to quickly get me and my family on a medical aid plan. He asked me to pay the first month's premium of over R9000.00. It took him nearly four weeks to get us on a medical aid plan. When the medical aid certificate arrived, the inception date was listed as December 1st, 2024, with a 12-month waiting period. This was not what we had agreed upon. I immediately cancelled the plan, but Conrad Barnard refused to refund me my premium and instead offered me R2000.00. Brokers like this should not be trusted, and I am taking legal action against Curemed.
