TERRIBLE SERVICE AND NON-DELIVERY

I purchased an ice cream maker from the Lanseria store. None of the JHB staff were able to give me any information on the product or what they charge to have it couriered overnight to Cape Town. It took two days to finally get a response from someone in the Lanseria office as to how long and how much. I had to actually beg them to send an invoice to me. After paying R400 extra for the overnight courier service, I discover that the item has been delivered to Port Elizabeth. Alven (a supposed manager at Lanseria store!!?) had then informed the courier company that express delivery would not be necessary as it was too expensive to get to CT from PE on the agreed date. When you call Lanseria store Alven is \in a meeting"and all his managers are also \""in meetings\"". I'm not holding my breath for Alven to get back to me as promised by the receptionist. Hopefully the item I purchased will arrive. This service is shocking and I will never purchase from them again!"""
