Nearly 3 Months Later - No Delivery, No Answers
Extremely disappointing experience with Culinary Equipment. We purchased an item for a client at the beginning of June 2026, valued at over R60,000. We are now approaching the end of August and, almost three months later, we still have **no delivery date and no meaningful update**. We have repeatedly emailed, called and reached out through multiple platforms. Most attempts are simply ignored, and when we do manage to get hold of someone, nobody can give us a clear answer as to where the order is or when it will be delivered. For a purchase of this value, this level of service and complete lack of accountability is unacceptable. At this point, after months of chasing with no product, no delivery commitment and virtually no communication, the situation is becoming extremely concerning and is starting to feel potentially *****ulent. I would strongly caution anyone considering purchasing from Culinary Equipment until they can demonstrate that they are actually able to fulfil orders and communicate properly with their customers.
