Quick to post but Oh My Gosh dont ask Someone to contact you if you want a refund!

<p>Purchased 2 x barkeepers friend products online with this company. Before I had even paid they had sent it by courier...and I have since paid. Problem is, the products are such a disappointment, I have sent 5 emails, 1 sms and 2 emails via their website and no one rep****. Yesterday I called and the staff member promised to call me today...hahaha no one called. The staff member even told me that she had 10minutes before closing time and would call me ...NOT Impressed..I want a refund.</p>
