DONT BUY FROM CULINARY EQUIPMENT COMPANY

I recently bought item(s) from their site. The payment was made to their bank account. I did not receive a confirmation of the payment. I made a call and the staff member informed me that the items were sold out and as a result I would receive my funds back. I did send Frankie my bank details via email but she did not respond to my emails. It seems like all their staff are not responding to my emails. I have send emails to info, complaints, Henning and Stefan. None of them rep**** to my emails.
