AFTER SALES SERVICE

I bought a Nemox Gelato 5K SC for R40K from Culinary on 27 Aug 2014, when I collected it on 29 Aug 2014, the machine that was supp****, was the Nemox Gelato 5K, not the one that I had purchased, ( advertised on their website), this machine did not have the self cleaning facility, nor a removable stainless steel bowl and I would have to pay another R1 500 for the bowl, and I was informed that the Nemox Gelato 5K SC(The machine they advertised cost double the price that they had advertised it for), all I wanted was a self cleaning gelato maker. After numerous e-mails and phone calls, they had arranged with their supplier to supply me with the removable bowl instead of replacing the entire unit, and I was promised on 5 Sep 2014 that a removable bowl would be delivered to me by Dec 2014 free of charge. By January 2015, more phone calls and e-mails followed, with more empty promises, and nothing happening. I will not recomend or buy from Cullinary Equipment Company ever again and I do not feel to leave the matter here. This is not the way to treat a client who tried making their lives easier by not \demanding"they collect this machine at my home and supply me with what I bought."""
