Treating employees unfairly

My experience working for this company was disappointing and unprofessional. I was paid in cash, and the commission structure that was communicated to me did not match what I experienced. I worked for four days, and when I was supposed to report for work, I was told that they would get back to me via text. After that, communication suddenly stopped, and my messages were no longer being answered.

I believe that employees deserve honesty, transparency, and proper communication, regardless of how long they have worked for a company. The way this situation was handled was extremely unprofessional and left me feeling disrespected. I would encourage the company to improve its communication, transparency regarding commissions, and treatment of employees.
