Treating employees unfairly
My experience working for this company was disappointing and unprofessional. I was paid in cash, and the commission structure that was communicated to me did not match what I experienced. I worked for four days, and when I was supposed to report for work, I was told that they would get back to me via text. After that, communication suddenly stopped, and my messages were no longer being answered. I believe that employees deserve honesty, transparency, and proper communication, regardless of how long they have worked for a company. The way this situation was handled was extremely unprofessional and left me feeling disrespected. I would encourage the company to improve its communication, transparency regarding commissions, and treatment of employees.

BLACK TAPE
You know if I could give you zero rating I would!!! I only buy cuddlers as it’s the only brand that hasn’t given me problems if they did I still went and bought them because why not!! But last week I opened a bag and took out a nappy and it was fine the next one I used had black tape inside the nappy I cut it to actually check what it was and it was black tape! I sent an email regarding this and I was told it’s not harmful okay it’s not harmful but how do I know it’s not harmful ? So it’s okay to find random things in the nappies now and we should just be okay with it? I am quite upset and now they are giving me a R50 coupon for the 4 nappies that had tape in it so R50 is okay I should just be happy? No man
