Strapless nappies

I bought a pack of nappies size 4 and was only able to use about 5 the rest did not have a strap on so I could not use it. when I phoned the office number on the pack they asked me to send them an email. I have sent the email and a second follow up email and still no response on how to proceed. I will not be buying these nappies again because money is tight and to waist it on broken nappies and the company doesn't even respond to your emails is just a waist of my time.
