Poor quality nappies

I bought a pack of nappies for my 8 month old baby girl and i found five nappies in a pack that do not have tape, i took pictures of the one nappie that i found today morning that had a small piece of tape that i couldn't use because i was very small. I am very disappointed at this product and i would like the manager or who ever is in charge to call me back regarding this.
