Not sending Cuddlers Circle Vouchers

I have been skipped with the sending of the vouchers in August 2015 and October 2015. Complained on their Facebook page about 3 weeks ago and they requested for me to let them know if I still haven't received it at a later stage. I did that, and didn't respond. I then lodged a complaint via the Cuddlers Circle website. I received an email thanking me for my complaint and that it will be forwarded to another department which will then contact me. On Tuesday 27/10 I rep**** on that email,stating that I still haven't heard anything from anyone and that it is unprofessional to ignore complaints as their facebook page is loaded with complaints and people complaining that they do not respond to complaints. It was then forwarded to another department again and the message written by the person receiving the email was that my complaint is to receive attention as I haven't received feedback. It is now 1 week after the complaint was lodged via the website and I still haven't had feedback....
