Not satisfied with cuddlers and also dishonesty of their product

I am very disappointed with cuddlers.they say their nappies haave time for change indicator whilst it doesn't ive bougjt almost 4 nappies with the same problem instead of sorting it out they only give you a voucher to buy the very same nappy, I bought a size 3 nappy and the outer layer comes out I am really not happy at all sadly I have to say goodbye,
