Damaged Nappies

I am so disappointed I emailed cuddlers customer service almost a month no response. I bought the pack because someone told me that it was a South African product so I tried it. My dispute was, I found 3 nappies without tapes and wanted them to do thorough checks before dispatching. We always told to support Proudly South African products and I don't feel so proud. Disappointed mom.
