Cuddlers Nappies- Disappointing to say the least

I recently changed from another premium brand in the industry to Cuddlers however this might have been the worst mistake, I am not even half way through the pack and already have 4 nappies that do not have straps to keep the diaper in place, I emailed their customercare and to date no response, As a new customer I can say that this brand disappointed really
