Cuddlers diapers nightmare

Bought cuddlers diapers for the first time a few days ago. Worst decision i've ever made. Went through a lot of them in one day due to the leaking,as if thats not enough my daughter developed severe nappy rash that im still treating right now. I am beyond livid and to further infuriate me, after sending them an email,their represantative called today and was outright rude telling me how their diapers are good "rude tone". If thats the case why are they so many complaints about their product on their FB page. Cuddlers diapers if a customers is not happy and having to deal with a severe nappy rash the least you can do is offer a sincere apology and improve on your substandard product.
