BAD QUALITY NAPPIES

I bought two packs of cuddlers last month for my 2 year old and most of the nappies were faulty. No strips or there are holes in the strips. I did not worry about the first pack that i used but when it came to the second pack it got worst. Took pictures and attached to e-mail that I've send on Monday 16.04.18 with till slip but to date no response. I actually had to phone this morning just to hear that all customer care employees are on training??This is not the first time this happens. Cuddlers is really loosing its quality and this is so frustrating.. Buying nappies to last the full month , but than you cant use half of it ???
