Bad product and terrible customer service

<p>My daughter is still on cuddlers nappies, been using the brand sins she was born, But the last 3 batches was terrible. If she doesnt urine through it, it tears apart when you change the nappy. Never had any issues with it.</p> <p> </p> <p>The first pack I bought that did that - I taught one batch wont harm, bought the second pack-different shop. Did the same. I mailed cuddlers- no respond. I thought 3rd time lucky and ya. No need to answer that q.</p> <p> </p> <p>How could I buy the product if I get poor service and bad products. Im not the only unhappy cuddlers customer some of my friends and the parents in my daughters school feel the same.</p> <p> </p> <p>GOOD-BYE CUDDLERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p>
