Bad Customer service and Wrong Nappies

Im so unhappy with Cuddlers nappies at this moment I didn't know what went wrong on there side but this is the 2nd time it happend this week where i bought nappies and its the wrong size in the pack. I bought a 4+ and a 4 size for my child and when i opend it it was new born nappies inside and not the size that was sold to me. The first time it hapend it was refunded and i donate the napies to a mother that needed it but know its the second time this has happend and Im done with Cuddlers. They dont come back to you and when you phone they ignore what you are saying I asked some people who I know are using this brand and they told me Cuddlers quality is up to sh*t
