Worst 1st impression

Cubbi Germistons 1st impression down the drain.

Worst experience from their customer service all the way to the professionalism. We sat for a straight 1h30 before being assisted,despite our efforts to ask for assistance one colored guy even said he doesnt know he doesn't work in that department,whereas in any business environment especially as your an employee your attempt to assist as much as possible. Only one guy(Lesego Molefe) finally was able to assist us after 2hrs of sitting in the waiting area like lost souls. There's only so much he could do,especially if the business model itself has cracks then its beyond him. It's NOT convenient,It's NOT efficient and absolutely NO professionalism.
