I first went to view a car on Monday, 29 December, and 2 days later I walked out with my new Renault Captur, feeling completely taken care of and confident in my purchase. Kyle, the sales representative, was incredibly helpful and explained every step of the process clearly. I always knew exactly what I was getting, and all of my questions were answered. Abdul, who assisted me with my financing, was also fantastic—so kind, patient, and helpful throughout.
