Unprofessional, wasted my time & unfair treatment

I went through a process of selling my vehicle. I took the vehicle in for assessment, they shared a report of which on the side the assessor said the car had many issues. I asked why then all that he was telling me on the side was not on the report and if that meant they can't take my vehicle. He said no, they will take my vehicle. I then had to send the offer to the bank and the person that was assisting me from Cubbi Centurion kept on rushing me to push the bank to finalize things on their side. The bank finally provided the relevant documentation Cubbi had requested, the guy came to my workplace for me to sign the contract & all. Then about 2 days later I arranged to go drop off my car from Pretoria North to Centurion, mind you this guy was pressurizing me & rushing me the whole time. I send someone to go drop off the car, once they had the car they now called me telling me they can't take my and told me that my driver must return the car back to me. I asked the guy why he was doing that because he has been pushing me to finalize things with the bank & pushing me to bring the car now after wasted resources (phone calls, time, money & petrol), he just said they can't take the car because it has issues which are the same issues the car had when he did the assessment and they gave me an offer based on all of that. I was so frustrated I asked to speak to his senior, he gave me a number of probably another colleague whom he provided with false information, when I spoke to that "senior" he was already defensive but said the guy that did the assessment would go through disciplinary hearing. They wasted a month and a half of my time, I could have sold the vehicle to another dealership.
