Poor Experience with Cubbi Sandton Financial Department

I had a disappointing experience with Cubbi's financial department. Poor communication made it difficult to get help, and even getting them on the phone was a challenge. The finance lady disregarded my instructions, lacked attention to detail, and left us unattended. I'm extremely dissatisfied with their subpar service and unprofessional attitude.
