I want to commend Fadiel for his exceptional service—his communication, professionalism, time management, and people skills were outstanding. He kept me informed throughout the process, which gave me great confidence. When challenges arose, Mike stepped in to support Fadiel, and together they saved the transaction. Their teamwork and dedication were truly impressive. Sadly, my experience with management was the opposite. Edwardo and General Manager Dominique showed a lack of respect and professionalism, coming across as arrogant and dismissive, which caused unnecessary frustration. It’s disheartening when frontline staff like Fadiel and Mike go above and beyond, only to have their efforts overshadowed by poor leadership. If Cubbi Cars values its reputation, I urge them to reward outstanding employees like Fadiel and Mike and address the serious shortcomings at the management level.
