I had a seamless experience with Cubbi. I recieved a call immediately after submitting enquiry and an appointment was scheduled for the time I chose and at the location of my choice. I received confirmation of my appointment within 10 minutes assigned to Sixolile Tshambu. He called me a 2hours before our appointment to confirm my location and time of arrival. He was very friendly, professional, patient and highly knowledgeable. He explained the whole process to me and answered all my questions. He thoroughly inspected my vehicle before we went for a test drive, he drives very well. I only accepted the offer late afternoon the next day but he processed things quickly and by the next morning 9am I signed and the vehicle was collected by Richard who was equally friendly, respectful and professional. It took less than 40 minutes for electronic signing, payments processing and for the money to reflect in my account then I handed the keys. I'm very happy with the great service I received from Sixolile, keep it up.
