Failed promise

I took my friend to buy a car at the Woodmead branch cash. I was promised a commission and I did not ask for however as I was told my documents needed for the commission to be processed then now I am sending from pillar to post. Sales consultant Bekki still waiting for the manager to sign. My friend paid them R420 cash is now a month without getting any feedback from them.
