Disgraceful Sales Service at Cubbi

Arriving at Cubbi in Sandton with a car purchase in mind, I was meet by a young man who didn't listen from the start at what the client asked.Answers like the car is sold without any validation, his manager Andile had to point to the car which was still on the floor.The you g man immediately told me the car is valued and 262k but they were selling it for 162k…red flag 1.The young man clearly has no clue about car sales but more important, how to treat clients.Mediocre service Cubbi.No client centricity, no tact, really a disrespectful idiot.I had to ask my 28 year old son to communicate to this creep.What a joke, his attitude was the same, cooky, arrogant, lacking EQ and clearly no IQ.I could not deive the car as it was stuck between to cars, yhe car had to go through Dekra….and all the BS a client does not nees to know.Long story short, Andile said a drive could be arraged.I decided not to purchase.So no sale.good Luck with this boy on your sales floor.He should be washing or driving cars.
