Cubbi Woodmead - Worst Service, 8 Days and still no refund!

The car the I paid for was not available anymore - Was told refund takes 5 working days, sent all necessary documents to process refunds and 8 days later I still don't have my money - Lawrence (sales guy) told me he doesn't work in finance, his manager Andile is also a no show after I escalated my matter to him on day 7. Said he would call me back and still nothing - The worst service ever! No one can give me an estimated date on when the money will be in my account. 8 Days and counting waiting for my refund of R119k
