Communication channels non- existent

They don't seem to have a contact center

The whatsapp chatbot says it's going to put you in contact with an Agent but doesn't

They don't send an email when you process an online application

Overall: Making contact with them is extremely difficult

This tells me either they are very small/ startup and don't have the resources or attention to customer service is just not a priority
