Bad and unprofessional service at Menlyn Branch

I bought a second hand vehicle at Menlyn branch and after a week or 2 it had electrical faults.I had to beg the dealership to sort it out,they kept on making promises that I also still had to beg them to fulfil.The Manager is rude and rejected the option that I had as a resolution when the car started giving me problems.I reported the matter to the complaints dpt,seemingly the office is at Woodmead, the lady who was assisting me was helpful until she suddenly dropped me without finalising my case or atleast give an explantion.I was forced to take what the dealership "eventually" offered me.She stopped answering her phone and emails.The info email is also not being responded to.This dealership also hasn't given me the spare key of the car,3 months later. Their communication is bad,they are not honest and very unprofessional people.
