ZERO TO HERO

<p>To whom it may concern </p> <p>A year ago I walked into CTU to register my oldest daughter and was so blown away by the service we received. The representative that we dealt with had no product knowledge and showed very little interest in assisting us. I was absolutely horrified to think othat my daughter would be attending an institution of this caliber . I had no choice, but to register her with CTI. </p> <p>MY youngest daughter told me she had appointment with CTU Claremont and actually refused to take her, but she was so persistent so I agreed and took her to also prove a point.</p> <p>When we arrived i was shocked to be welcomed by a friendly receptionist and polite students. The representatives product knowledge was unbelievable and he informed us of all the courses available and had answers to all our questions. We were then taken on a tour of the campus and had the opportunity to discuss the final arrangements with the manager.</p> <p>I could really not believe that this was the same institution I walked into a year ago.</p> <p>Well done CTU for your outstanding service and great improvement . </p> <p>I can honestly recommend CTU to my family and friends and anyone considering to study further.</p> <p> </p> <p>Regards</p> <p>MS C Rusteberg</p>
