HOLDIN RESULTS HOSTAGE
Ben two month asking and calling CTU training solutions making for my results so that I can transfer to a different institution. They keep on telling me that they will get in touch with me . Their manager Marco Ebersohn keeps on telling the same story as Alicia Van Deventer This institution has cause me alot emotional stress . It is not worth the money nor even time

URGENT REQUEST FOR MY CERTIFICATES!!
CTU POTCHEFSTROOM! Such a frustration from the beginning. As mid year student I started off with NO LECTURE to give class. Later on had a lecture for only 2 -3 days per week? Haven’t been told about exams until I found out from friends to find out that we as mid years was forgotten and our names was added only after I addressed this matter. Honestly pathetic. My studies ended in 2024, and till this day I have not received ANY OF MY INTERNATIONAL CERTIFICATES. I am still waiting for feedback after I have been following up with the office and campus manager, Marco Ebersohn. A year passed already!!! I honestly feel like it is only fair for the campus to give your qualifications that you worked so hard for and also paid for. I demand feedback from someone that is able to give me my qualifications. With the old and usual reply from them “ Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention. We want you to know that we take your feedback seriously and sincerely apologies for any inconvenience or frustration you may have experienced. As a company, we place a high value on providing excellent customer service, and we are sorry to hear that this has not been your experience” I WANT ANSWERS!!!

BAD SERVICE FROM CTU training solutions Pty Ltd
Ctu three rivers campus services are not up to standard, even the staff they do not care about their students grievances. The money that is paid to that school does not match the service that people receive. I wouldn't recommend this school to anyone.

Unhappy customer
Ctu three rivers campus very unprofessional and selfish...they only care about money and not their customers...I regret ever going to that school. I wish it would close down because they are a ****. Parents never take your children to that school.

Disappointing service
I am very disappointed with the service that CTU Three Rivers gives,if I had know I would be here now I would have not went to the school at all.They **** about placing all the students for WIL after they have completed their qualification but that is not what they actually do, a lot of money has been paid thinking that they would actually fulfil their promise,When you ask them about placement they always don’t find anything they sold us lies and I am very very disappointed that our parents sacrificed a lot for us to be there only for us to be treated like this when it’s time for them to do their part.Now I am left all alone to look for my own inservice training

Don’t go to CTU training solutions
I Completed my qualification 3 years ago and even though I have emailed and phoned through the years they have now completely ignored me. They gladly excepted over one hundred thousand rand for my qualification but they will not give me my certificate even though they confirmed everything on my side was completed and paid for in full and they accept what they are doing is wrong however they still refuse to answer emails and calls and I still sit without my certificate 3 years after completing my qualification. Highly do NOT recommend CTU training solutions

Don’t go to CTU training solutions

From the incredible support of the lecturers to the outstanding leadership of the Campus Manager, Mr. Lance Krasner, every step of my journey was made memorable. Mr. Krasner truly goes above and beyond for his students. He is flexible, approachable, and straight to the point — qualities that made my time at CTU both exciting and comfortable. His dedication and supportive nature created an environment where I felt encouraged and motivated to succeed. Thanks to his guidance and commitment, I always felt valued and supported. CTU is fortunate to have a Campus Manager like Mr. Lance Krasner, and I am grateful for the positive impact he had on my studies.

STAY AWAY!!!!
Avoid this institution completely. I would give them a 0 rating if I could. Complete waste of money. You might as well fush your money down the toilet. Support is pathetic. Lecturers mostly non existent. 300k for 3 years and no proper qualification to show.
