What you sign for, is not what you get.

When enrolling at CTU, please make sure that what you sign for in your contract, is what you get. We have to pay enormous amounts for learners to study, only to find out at the end of the year that the International exams are not included and it needs to be paid separately, even though the contracts state that only re-writes are for the students account, which means that the initial exam should be covered in tuition fees. Students from previous years had their exams included in tuition fees and only re-writes were for your own account, but now the students needs to pay over and above the tuition fees. When enrolling it was made clear that all international exams are included in the tuition fees, but it seems that CTU changed their policies and now the students are left fending for themselves having to pay for exams with little to no support from the campus.
