Very poor
CTU is completely unprofessional, considering that they let me pay for a service they don't have currently

According to our records, we received payment before an enrolment form was received, and any dates were scheduled and communicated for the module. Per our consultant's communication, she said she would notify you as soon as the class is guaranteed to run. However, upon your request on 5 August, we ordered the training manual (in process).
