Unprofessional Institution

I cannot believe how this place is run. When we did our course in March (2017) to be trained up to write the MOS exams - the trainer himself was not even Microsoft Certified. We didn't even go through all the things we needed to study. We were left alone for long periods of time. I have now tried to write my MOS exams through the same institution - what a disaster. I have been to the place 6 times and out of those times I've only managed to write 3 times of all my trips to actually write. I should've been completed already - considering I only had 4 exams to write. I had spoken to the lady and mentioned that I wanted to rewrite on a specific day - they were going to fix the issues being experienced with Console 8 with Certiport. I phoned to confirm I could write - only to be told they are fully booked. I have been shunted around from pillar to post and honestly don't want to do any further studies through this institution - and had I been paying for all of this - would've switched in a heartbeat. It appears that this instituion is very unprofessionally run and is probably a **** in my opinion.
