Unprofessional and *********** CTU
I am part of the 2018 Software development group that studied with CTU Training Solutions... Wow where do I even start with this *********** institution?... We completed the course but guess what! we haven't received our certificate since then and it seems no one has answers when we call and request. To some of us it seems the money we paid is gone and we have nothing to show for it. Imagine qualifying but have nothing to do for 3 years simply because the institution has no answers to your questions. I think at this point money back is the only option that I can accept as time has already been wasted.

Unfortunately, as you know, your qualification certificate is printed by the Quality Assurance Partner (QAP) after a verification process.
